How to wash wool products?
We always recommend washing our sheep's wool products primarily by hand, this way you ensure that they stay in good condition for a long time. It is best to remove stains locally, avoiding unnecessary washing.
However, if you want to wash wool products in a washing machine, please use the washing machine's hand wash and wool wash programs, but always check the washing instructions for each product separately.
We recommend using detergents intended for wool products to keep them at their best.

Can sheepskin be washed?
Genuine sheepskin should not be washed in a washing machine. The hair side of the fur is water resistant, but the leather side should not be exposed to severe moisture if you want the fur to remain intact. Genuine leather hardens when wet and may not return to its original condition.
If a stain appears on the sheepskin, you can try to remove it by gently rubbing the stain with a light Marseille soap solution, for example.

However, if your sheepskin needs a proper wash, you can take it to the dry clean services; sheepskin can withstand dry cleaning.

Sheepskin care instructions?
Sheepskin will stay in good condition for a long time with very simple care routines. It should be aired and shaken often enough, in addition to this, light tamping and vacuuming are good ways to take care of the fur. In winter, sheepskin can be rolled in clean, frozen snow like a rug.

Can sheepskin be cared for?
Sheepskin that looks matted can be brushed lightly with a fine-bristled brush or comb. Felted fur can be fluffed by combing and pressing. Its natural curls can be enhanced by spraying a little water on the surface, for example with a spray bottle. Regular airing, shaking, vacuuming and tamping will help keep the fur in good condition.

What are the uses of sheepskin?
The most popular uses of sheepskin are, among others, home decoration, baby sleeping mats at home, strollers or sleds. Sheepskin is a highly breathable natural product, which makes it ideal as a sleeping or sitting mat for a bed, chair, wheelchair or even a car, providing a fresh and warm place for its user.
Pets also love this warm and comfortable sleeping pad, they like to relax in their soft and warm bed.
Sheepskin is a popular interior design element. It can be placed almost anywhere, on the floor, wall, sofa or even armchair. It is also an ideal choice for lining outdoor living spaces due to its warm seating comfort.
Sheepskin is a naturally fire-retardant material, making it a safe choice for lean-tos, barbecue huts, and camping.
What is the online store delivery time?
Domestic shipments are delivered to the recipient within approximately 2-4 business days and international shipments within approximately 4-8 business days, depending on the destination of the shipment.
Please note that some of our products are made to order. You can see the delivery time for these products separately in the product details.
Delivery times for our custom products:

How much are the online store delivery fees?
Shipping Costs in Finland:
All orders within Finland (excluding Åland Islands) are delivered with no shipping fees or minimum purchase requirement.
Shipping Costs for International Orders:
Free shipping for orders over 400€
Zone 1 shipping fee is 14.90€ (Åland Islands, Sweden, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Denmark, and Germany)
Zone 2 shipping fee is 19.90€ (Netherlands, Belgium, Spain, Italy, Austria, Greece, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Portugal, France, Slovakia, Slovenia, and Hungary)
If you wish to place an order from a country not listed above, please contact our customer service.
For international orders under 400 euros, shipping fees will appear at checkout after entering your delivery address. The shipping cost is determined by the destination country.
Free shipping does not apply to B2B orders.
Do the products have a right of return?
We offer our customers a 14-day return right, which begins from the moment you receive your order. You may return the product within 14 days without giving a specific reason, but the customer is responsible for the shipping and return costs.
The returned product must meet our return conditions.
Always notify our customer service before returning a product. We will send you a prepaid return label, which must be attached to the return shipment. You will also receive detailed instructions for the return.
The return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount, which will be credited back to the same payment method used for the original order.
Returns within Finland
The customer is responsible for return costs within mainland Finland (excluding Åland Islands), which is a fixed 13.90 €.
International Returns
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs for orders sent outside of Finland. The price depends on the size of the shipment and the country from which the return is made. You will receive the exact return shipping cost by contacting our customer service and informing us from which country the return is made.
Zone 1: Åland Islands, Sweden, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Denmark, and Germany — return cost 14.90 – 34.90€
Zone 2: Netherlands, Belgium, Spain, Italy, Austria, Greece, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Portugal, France, Slovakia, Slovenia, and Hungary — return cost 24.90 – 46.90€

Are products eligible for exchange?
Yes, our products come with a 14-day exchange right, which starts from the moment you receive the product. However, the items to be exchanged must be unused and in resalable condition. The original product tags must also remain attached and intact.
Please open the package carefully so that you can reuse it if you wish to return or exchange your product. Always notify our customer service before making an exchange so that we can send you a return label to attach to the package and ensure the product you wish to exchange for is available in our stock. If the product is temporarily out of stock, we can also give you an accurate estimate of when it will become available.

Returns within Finland
