Placing an order

You will receive an order confirmation by email when you have placed your order and a shipping confirmation when your order is shipped from us.

You will receive a tracking number for your order upon shipping confirmation.

You can track your package using the tracking number on the mobile app and website of our delivery partner.

Delivery time

Our online store's delivery time is normally 2-4 business days.

Domestic shipments are delivered to the recipient within approximately 2-4 business days and international shipments within approximately 4-8 business days, depending on the destination of the shipment.

Please note that some of our products are made to order. You can see the delivery times for these products separately in the details of each product.

Delivery times for our custom products: 

  • Sheepskin 1-2 weeks
  • Reindeer hides 1-3 weeks
  • Custom-made rugs 2-8 weeks

Exceptions:

During busy seasons and holidays, our online store's delivery time may be longer than normal.

Delivery price

Shipping Costs in Finland:

We offer free delivery on all orders without a minimum purchase limit within mainland Finland (excluding Åland Islands).

Shipping Costs for International Orders:

International orders are delivered free of charge when the order value exceeds 400€.


Zone 1 shipping fee is 14.90€ (Åland Islands, Sweden, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Denmark, and Germany)


Zone 2 shipping fee is 19.90€ (Netherlands, Belgium, Spain, Italy, Austria, Greece, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Portugal, France, Slovakia, Slovenia, and Hungary)

If you wish to place an order from a country not listed above, please contact our customer service.

For international orders under 400€, the shipping cost will be shown at checkout after entering the delivery address. The shipping fee depends on the destination country.

Free shipping does not apply to B2B orders.

14-day return policy

We offer our customers a 14-day return policy, which starts from the day you receive the product you ordered. You can return the product without any reason within 14 days, but the customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return.

Always notify our customer service first of your return, we will send you a prepaid return card, which should be attached to the return shipment. You will also receive detailed instructions for the return.

The returned product must be in its original condition: the product has not been used, the product tags have not been removed, and it is in its original packaging. The product must still be resalable. When returning, you will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please open the package you receive carefully so that you can use the original packaging in case of a return. Make sure that the products you are returning are carefully packed and that the package is closed properly. If the return shipment is poorly packed and the product is damaged in transit, we cannot accept the return.

International returns

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs for orders sent outside of Finland. The price depends on the size of the shipment and the country from which the return is made. You will receive the exact return shipping cost by contacting our customer service and informing us from which country the return is being made.

Zone 1: Åland Islands, Sweden, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Denmark, and Germany - Return cost: 14.90 € – 34.90 €

Zone 2: Netherlands, Belgium, Spain, Italy, Austria, Greece, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Portugal, France, Slovakia, Slovenia, and Hungary - Return cost: 24.90 € – 46.90 €

Exchange

The fastest way to get your desired product is to return the product you received and place a new order. Exchanged products meet the same return conditions as returned products. Always contact our customer service before exchanging a product so that we can ensure that the replacement product is available and know the exact delivery schedule.

The amount due for the return will be deducted from the refund.

Refund

The refund will be processed once the returned product has been received, inspected and approved. The payment will be refunded to the same payment method used to make the original order. The refund may take up to 10 business days, but your bank or credit card company may process the payment longer.

The costs resulting from the return will be deducted from the refund we make.
