  1. Right of Return and Return Policy

We offer our customers a 14-day right of return, which begins when you receive the product you ordered. You may return the product without a specific reason within 14 days, but the customer is responsible for the shipping and postage costs associated with the return. Always notify our customer service first about the return; we will send you a prepaid return label that must be attached to the return shipment. You will also receive detailed return instructions.

Returns in Finland

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, which is a fixed fee of €13.90 within mainland Finland (excluding Åland Islands).

International Returns

The customer is responsible for the return costs of orders shipped outside Finland. The price depends on the size of the shipment and the country from which the return is made. You can find out the exact return cost by contacting our customer service – please let us know from which country the return is being made.

Zone 1: Åland Islands, Sweden, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Denmark, and Germany. Return cost: 14.90 – 34.90€.

Zone 2: Netherlands, Belgium, Spain, Italy, Austria, Greece, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Portugal, France, Slovakia, Slovenia, and Hungary. Return cost: 24.90 – 46.90€.

 

  1. Return Conditions

The returned product must be in its original condition: the product must not have been used, its tags must not have been removed, and it must be in its original packaging. The product must still be resaleable. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required for the return.

 

  1. Opening and Returning Packages

Please open the received package carefully so that you can reuse the original packaging in case of a return. Ensure that the returned products are packed carefully and that the package is properly sealed. If the return shipment is poorly packed and the product is damaged during transport, we cannot accept the return.

 

  1. Initiating the Return Process

Before returning a product, always contact our customer service at info@baabaa.fi. Our customer service will send you a prepaid return shipment and a return label with up-to-date information and instructions for the return process. The return is not valid without contacting our customer service. If the return shipment is lost due to incorrect shipping information, we cannot accept the return.

 

  1. Shipping Costs

We do not accept returns if the customer pays the shipping costs independently. Do not pay for return postage yourself. The shipping costs due to the return will be deducted directly from the refunded amount. Our customer service will guide you through the correct return procedure.

 

  1. Return Handling and Refunds

Once the return has been received and inspected, we will notify the customer of the acceptance of the return. After an accepted return, the refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the original order. The refund typically takes up to 10 business days, but banks and credit card companies may take longer to process the payment.

 

  1. Damages and Issues

Please check your order immediately upon receipt. If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and resolve it.

 

  1. Exceptions and Non-returnable Items

Certain products are not eligible for return. These include, for example, customized or personalized products, as well as B2B orders, which have exceptional return rights. These exceptions will be clearly communicated to the customer at the time of order.

 

  1. Gift Cards

Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged for cash, nor can any remaining balance on them be refunded in cash.

 

  1. Exchanges

The fastest way to get the product you want is to return the received product and place a new order. Exchangeable products must meet the same return conditions as returnable products. Always contact our customer service before exchanging a product to ensure the replacement product is available and to confirm delivery schedules.

 

  1. 14-Day Right of Withdrawal within the European Union

Products delivered within the European Union have a 14-day right of withdrawal without a specific reason. The right of withdrawal requires that the product is in the same condition as when received: unused, tags intact, and in its original packaging. You also need a receipt or proof of purchase for the return.

 

  1. Refunds

Refunds are processed once the returned product has been inspected and approved. The refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the original order. The refund may take up to 10 business days, but the bank or credit card company may take longer to process the payment.
