Cleaning: Ventilate regularly. Often, simply freshening up outside is enough.

Stain removal: Wipe gently with a damp cloth.

Washing: Avoid washing. If necessary, hand wash the stain in lukewarm water (30 °C) with wool detergent or a mild soap solution. Do not soak the leather side. Sheepskin can be dry cleaned by a professional (laundry service).

Drying: Dry evenly on a towel, hair side up. Do not hang or dry on a radiator.

Storage: In a cool, dry place. Preferably in an airy place or in a cloth bag.

Care: Brush the wool lightly with a fine-toothed comb if you want to enhance the surface of the coat. The natural curls of the coat will be enhanced if you spray a little water on the surface, for example with a spray bottle.

Do not brush curly wool sheepskins unless you want to dilute their curls. Lightly pressing the curly wool is a better option in this case.

The suede surface of the leather holds the leather well in place.

How we measure our sheepskins

Our sheepskins are measured as follows:

• The length is measured crosswise from the highest point of the wool side to the lowest point.
• The width is measured across the widest part of the hide, taken as a straight measurement through the center.
