Natural colors vary from individual to individual - the coat may have a lighter undercoat and a darker surface, or vice versa. The natural shine and nuances make each pelt unique.

Washing and Care
Washing and Care
Cleaning: Ventilate regularly. Often, simply freshening up outside is enough.
Stain removal: Wipe gently with a damp cloth.
Washing: Avoid washing. If necessary, hand wash the stain in lukewarm water (30 °C) with wool detergent or a mild soap solution. Do not soak the leather side. Sheepskin can be dry cleaned by a professional (laundry service).
Drying: Dry evenly on a towel, hair side up. Do not hang or dry on a radiator.
Storage: In a cool, dry place. Preferably in an airy place or in a cloth bag.
Care: Brush the wool lightly with a fine-toothed comb if you want to enhance the surface of the coat. The natural curls of the coat will be enhanced if you spray a little water on the surface, for example with a spray bottle.
Do not brush curly wool sheepskins unless you want to dilute their curls. Lightly pressing the curly wool is a better option in this case.

If you are looking for a sheepskin to cover the entire armchair including the backrest, for example, choose the largest XL or XXL size so that the sheepskin stays on the chair beautifully. Large sheepskin rugs are also well suited as a rug for the floor due to their weight and size.
Smaller hides and sheepskin pieces are perfect for use as a seat pad, decoration, stroller, or even a pet bed.
The suede surface of the leather holds the leather well in place.

How we measure our sheepskins
Our sheepskins are measured as follows:
- The length is measured crosswise from the highest point of the wool side to the lowest point.
- The width is measured across the widest part of the hide, taken as a straight measurement through the center.
Please note that the dimensions we provide are always approximate, and slight variations may occur.
